Perhaps the most beautiful memorial on the Vicksburg Battlefield is the Iowa Memorial, located at Tour Stop 15.  Dedicated on November 15, 1906, the memorial wasn't completed until 1912.  Six bronze relief panels depict various actions in the Vicksburg Campaign. Narrative by Ed Conner, TN
